Hi there, just a newbie here. I have soooo many questions about my flowerhorn, and i dont really know to whom shud i consult this heheheh.

1. My flowerhorn doesnt eat.
water change ka 50% & put medicine sa water..then observe..

2. My FH wants to eat worms not pellets.

guro try mo sya gutumin for 1-3 days..


3. How to breed FHs?
pagsamahain mo lang ang 2 mature na male/female sa isang tank..
if they're matured enuf to breed.. mag-mate & mag-spawn yan 3-5 days..

4. What's FURAN 3? coz I've been hearing it a lot of times
it's a medicine for various diseases of fish.. very effective yan
5. I have 2 FHs, 1 is KGM (male) and the other 1 is Red Dragon (female).... tas nanganak yung Red Dragon ko,, I just dont know what to do with it... some of my frends to told me to transfer my KGM to the tank of my Red Dragon, but it seems that kinakain ng KGM yung mga itlog...

siguro di sila dumaan sa mating rituals kaya hind na-semilyahan ang mga eggs.. :D

tip ko lang.. experiment lang kayo lagi, basta hindi harmful sa isda ha.. sure na matututo tayo pag ginawa na tin yan... :D

here are some of them....

1. how will i know if my fh is really a fh?
there's a lot of varieties of flowerhorn & flowerhorn look alikes.. pag matagal kna sa hobby.. malalaman mo agad yan isang tingin lang...
2. how will i know the gender of my fh?
thru venting method.. pls browse @ palhs.com.. malaki maitutulong sayo ng mga infos dyan .. kitakits
3. is it ok to have a 50gal tank divided into 3?
if the size of the flowerhorn is 3" below.. ok lang yan.. kaso siempre lalaki din yan kaya bilibili ka pa rin ng additional tank.. iideal tank size for a flowerhorn is 50 gals up 4. lastly, is there a website that could be a reference on the different strains of fh? mas ok sana kung may pics per strain.

Flower horn...tilapyang may kulay...pinaganda lang yung pangalan para exotic ang dating...bili ka na lang ng tilapya tapos prito mo mas mura pa....
