We are in furious defence whenever we hear other people criticise us for not having our own identity but do we actually look at ourselves and prove them wrong? Not all avatars reflect it's users. In fact, I've made and used 5 avatars in the last month or two. Out of which only 2 had actually had some meaning for me. One was my GFs pic and the second is my current one.

My signature is more of a reflection of what I love and that is playing MMORPG.

Some users will use an avatar because it looks good or cute. Or probably just don't have much of a selection.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter what, who, and where we are... what's important is what we say and do are meaningful and straight from our heart... (Wow! I've been watching too much Soap Opera!).

As for Thunderclip, I haven't seen him/her on in the last week.

IMHO (actually, two cases are proven), the ones who made these letters are mostly our own Filipino comrades.

The question is why?


Few words - hate is sometimes an offspring of love.

They love the Philippines. They want us to open our mids to what's actually going on. They want to play with our principles, and see if our principles stand out of the argument. They see what's going on in our country, and they want to wake us up. I've awakened... maybe just partly, but I know I lacked things back then.


And I'm glad enough to see members of this forum opening up their opinion on this. And prevail.



As for the identity, this argument has been repeated over and over. We're Filipinos, situated in a corner of Asia. That's what identifies us as Filipinos. Isn't it as simple as that?
