university of the philippines-diliman (i'm biase. yes. this is my school)
ateneo de manila university (good school if you opt to take law and management)
dela salle university-manila (good school if you want to take-up accountancy and better school if you opt to take management
university of santo tomas (medicine and music at it's finest)
dela salle-college of st. benilde (good school if you are a talented person)
asian institute of management (good school and one helluva tuition fee)
center for culinary arts (what can i say? the name speaks for itself)
far eastern university (some students do excel)
university of the east (dentistry is their specialty)
philippine normal university (they breed the best teachers)

actually, this may be a bit out of the topic but there's really no point in school bashing here. every school has their own specialty. and when you start to work, let's see where your school will take you.
